In Munich, you have a lot of variety. The Hofgarten is a peaceful park, and the Viktualienmarkt and its surroundings are great for capturing the vibrant old town. For those beautiful, classic city shots, you can't go wrong with the Frauenkirche. If you're into more modern architecture, the Pinakothek der Moderne offers a cool backdrop of glass and concrete, while the area around the BMW museum at night has a really futuristic feel. Of course, you also have the sprawling Englisher Garten and the lovely Rosengarten for some beautiful nature photos.
Moving on to Augsburg, the old town is your main focus. The Moritzplatz and Maximilianstrasse have a lot of character. You should also make a point to see the Schaezlerpalais and its garden for some truly elegant photos.
Finally, just across the border in Salzburg, a visit to Schloss Mirabell and the Mirabellgarten is a must. The castle and its beautiful garden are perfect for capturing that classic European charm.
