Recommended places:
Ambrai Ghat and Sajjangarh are really beautiful places for shoot. Badi Lake is gorgeous but recently shoots are not allowed over there, don't know the exact reason. Among architectural place - Saas Bahu (or Sahastrabhu) temple is really beautiful but is about 20 kms away from the Udaipur city.
