I like to watch the sun rise in the morning, especially when I am out for a shoot and I can capture all of its beauty. I like to run and I slowly training for a marathon (still below 10km right now, but working on it!). I cannot watch a movie without eating popcorns - and I really like to go to the movies.
Recommended places:
Piazza San Marco, because you can't miss it. San Giorgio Island to have a more unique perspective on the square, and see it all with a little distance, away from the crowd. The Santa Croce neighborhood is just magical, as well as the Cannareggio area and Accademia. Once you have seen a few landmarks, it is always the best to get inside one of the more popular neighborhoods and see how Venetians live, enjoying the real life and truly unique views on the city. You'll find plenty of canals, bridges, reflections on the water, narrow streets...
