What Chad loves
The second thing that came in my mind was a bowl of ramen I tasted in London. I was traveling and famished, when I saw the ramen place, it felt like home. Basically, that's probably because I didn't enjoy the food in London in general. It happened again in New York. I guess I'm a ramen person.
The third thing that I like is running into random people when travelling. Years ago, when I was strolling in Paris, trying to find the Arc of Triumph. I bumped into a young lady who came from Mexico City. It was a long walk, and long conversations. Nothing beats learning what people's lives are like from exotic places.
