One of my favorite neighborhood in Madrid is the beautiful "Madrid de los Austrias", is an antique area close to the Royal Palace with small and narrow streets where you can see and feel every detail of the Spanish history and its architecture. Small squares like Plaza de la Villa, Plaza de la Paja and Mercado de San Miguel are perfect spots to capture the essence of the city. This city offers all kind of scenarios: Temple of Debod well known for stunning sunsets, good vibes, vintage shops and tasty restaurants in Malasaña and trees, a lake and the Glass Palace in The Retiro park.
