I would recommend seaside area in Pirita with the view to the whole city as well as the Old town and TV Tower if it is your first visit to Tallinn. Magical golden grain fields look great in late summer (just few kilometres from Tallinn). Estonia is famous for its beautiful nature so I often prefer nature to the historical monuments.
