If you want beautiful seaview photos at sunset - pattaya beach (at daytime water could be rather dirty, so better use this option at sunset only).
If you want beautiful seaview photos at daytime - Koh Larn Island (cheaper, but a bit boring to travel there) or Sattahip/Najomtien beach area (as it is 20-40km from Pattaya water is clean there and only few people).
If you want beautiful photos with thai nature at background - Pattaya view points, Centara Grand Mirage hotel recreation area, Wat Yan temple-park complex.
If you want pictures with thai culture at background - Big Buddha hill temple complex (right at the center of the city, the quickest way to go), Wat Huai Yai temple complex, Wat Yan temple-park complex (better, but near 20km from Pattaya).
If you want nightlife photos - Walking street area.
If you want active style photos - buggy grounds, elephant farms, jeeping around Pattaya.
