I prefer to create environments that foster genuine, candid interaction between my subjects while providing as much (or as little) guidance as they desire.
Recommended places:
Deep Ellum for a more edgy feel, Fort Worth Stockyards for something very "Texas", Dallas Fine Arts District for the modern subjects, Lee Park for a quiet park near downtown Dallas.
